Paul C. Graham is the co-founder, co-owner, and Managing Director of Shotwell Publishing. His writings have appeared in several publications including the Simms Review, Abbeville Institute, and Reckonin.com. He has also appeared on CBS Nightly News, the BBC, NPR, AP, The Daily Ledger, The Mike Church Show, and several state and local news and talk outlets to discuss Southern history, culture, and symbols and why they should be preserved.
Graham is past president and Fellow of the South Carolina Masonic Research Society and the former editor of The Palmetto Partisan (SC SCV).
He is a contributing author to Understanding the War Between the States (2015), American History for Home Schools, 1607 to 1885 (2018), and The Southern Tradition (2019), editor of a collection of accounts from the South Carolina Slave Narratives entitled When the Yankees Come: Former South Carolina Slaves Remember Sherman’s Invasion (2016), and author of Confederaphobia: An American Epidemic (2017).
A native South Carolinian, Paul C. Graham holds a Bachelor and Masters Degree in Philosophy from the University of South Carolina and taught philosophy at the college level for over a decade.
He lives near old Saxe Gotha, South Carolina, with his beautiful bride of over 20 years, Mrs. Suzette.
